If they start raiding a bunch of immigration attorneys I would be concerned. I am sure a handful of prominent ones are into some pretty illegal stuff so seems fitting they find the most obvious one and set an example. But yes that is my assumption at this point.

Somewhat my point. Who helps the illegal organizations? Attorneys doing illegal acts. They picked one and raided him. It is a warning shot to all sorts of people and organizations. Again my assumption.

We should all want solid due process standards met because anyone of us could be thrown into an INS van, so its important that we make sure that happens as there is no reason not to give due process. Shutdown the sources i.e. bad actors, countries, and the middle... foreign and domestic.

For all this to work the sources need to be shut down, and it doesn't matter where they are.

My take is their is going to be a surprise to some that had no idea it might happen.

Anyone that claims you can't virtually eliminate this problem is speaking....

You can google “providence immigration lawyer” and see that this guy was also a municipal judge and resigned from that office the day this happened.

Given that, the timeline of inauguration to search, warrant requirements, and what is generally understood about how federal law enforcement operates, this probably has absolutely nothing to do with Trump.

Most likely, it’s a planned next step in an investigation that started sometime last year.

Why is this lawyer beyond reproach? Who is to say that the lawyer has not been engaging in criminal activity with respect to immigration? I am assuming the raid is warranted by the attorney's activities but that is not something we would be privy to at this point. Or am I missing something?

Dude was probably doing something mundanely criminal like defrauding his clients. Illegal immigrants, like drug dealers, have a hard time walking into a police station and accusing someone of a crime. It’s a big reason why other criminals steal from them. Bet this dude was taking money from immigrants and then not doing what he was hired to do.

Change the constitution

Constitutionally leave it, create additional statutory construct to remove citizenship to a dual until they establish residence in the U.S. by 21 or similar. Eliminate all the dual ****. Citizenship can be lost multiple ways now through abandonment or request today.
