There are crickets because the left has largely portrayed MAGA as white rural Bubbas heading off to a NASCAR race. And there was a bit of truth there when the movement began. But Trump won the male Hispanic Vote in 2024. He was extremely competitive with the under 30 demographic as well. And obviously he won over 300 electoral votes along with the popular vote. Most of America is MAGA. Well most is probably too strong. But a majority.

Meanwhile on the pilot side.... There were 3 of us in an instructors' meeting the other day that are being forced out at age 65. None of us really wanted to leave yet, and it is over 110 years of flight experience. That is STILL being repeated for over 500 pilots each year at each of the major airlines.

And our own union and Ted Cruz stabbed us all in the back when the Aviation Reauthorization Act failed to include an increase to 67 for mandatory "retirement".

Oh well. Can't wait now to get to my mountain home and away from anything to do with airplanes.
