Instead of trying to torpedo the reasons why these programs are being cut, why don't you try to educate us all as to why we should be spending American taxpayer monies all around the world for some of these projects. I know the go to response is that Russia and China will swoop in and pick up the slack and then all of a sudden those countries' "loyalties" will shift, but I am not even convinced that any of these countries have loyalties to begin with. They just view us as giant suckers.

it's way past time to take care of our own. Let the World Bank and The WHO and all those other globalist organizations take care of these things. Let the rest of the world "pay their fair share" for a change. We have a massive debt problem, and we need to take care of that first.

my take on it;

if a person buys a car then that person also take on the responsiblity to pay for it, put gas in it, fix it and pay for the insurance...if a person can't do these things then they have no reason to be buying a car.

if a person has kids then that person/parents take on the responsibility of feeding them, clothing them, raising them, educating them...if they can't do these things then they have no reason to be having kids.

I agree, those underfed kids had no business allowing themselves to be born. They should have stayed inside the womb
