What isn't computing with you is the notion that sending out a caustic, live or die email like that is a lazy, ignorant, sh*t way to run a crew, a SOHO, a business, an enterprise, or a ****ing government.

Any firing of career civil servants can be resolved in court cases that Trump isn't going to win. The payouts will be yuuge. Want to see real results that stand up in court? Let the performance based systems actually have consequences outside of raises and bonuses..Toss out an early retirement to folks..and get rid of federal unions.

Court would not generally be the first place for appeal or review (federal labor board for example), and whether you could be grouped with others to me would primarily be based on whether they fired people because of performance/disobedience... or just mass layoffs. Whole agencies are going to go, now technically Trump might not be able to do that... but on a practical level he can. This will be the work of Congress to stop funding, close the agency, and either re-assign positions to other agencies if possible. I think there will be some hits and misses, but if its performance and disobedience, well, you're just making it easy.
