I'm of the opinion that if you are above the age of 20 and can't piece together why the cost of raw materials is only a fraction of the total cost of a product you probably need to be institutionalized, or at least have your right to vote stripped away. That's my understanding, thus the source of my confusion.
“This deal is part of our broader arrangements with the United States,” Zelensky said. “This deal can be part of future security guarantees.”
The Ukrainian president said he had been invited to the U.S. to meet with President Trump this week, but he wasn’t sure if he would go and that details of the visit were still being worked out.
“This visit before [Russian President Vladimir] Putin is a very good signal,” he said.
me asking a retail what his/her markup is would be adding to the cost?Well, that's adding a new cost to the process, which we don't want. It's already a decent amount of work to make sure everything in a store is marked with the correct price, let alone the cost to the retailer. And nobody gets any additional benefit by adding this cost, so why?
If it's worth it to you, buy it. If it's not, don't. Retailers and their competitors will adjust based on your behavior.
I don't see anything conservative or liberal about wanting to know a store markups
