I have restaurants in rural areas, poor areas, predominantly minority areas etc.Maybe in your infinite magnanimity, you could move your business to one of the poor rural locations and hire some of the "useless lazy people" there so you can impart upon them proper work ethic, so they'll have some societal worth in your eyes?
What did you accomplish with that? Nothing. You really are the king of posting nonsense links. Again, if you are making less than $25 grand a year it's either by choice, laziness, or a mental issue.
I have restaurants in the rural south. Well more so a year ago I did. Corporate reshuffling. But had several for a decade. The people in general aren't lazy at all. Those making 25 grand and biatching are most certainly doing so by choice. Most bc of lazinessYou should drive down there, stop and talk to the "useless and lazy people" there sometime.
You seem like you could use some actual perspective of what it's like being 'working poor' in the rural South.
Where are the fakeass free speech warriors today? The phony constitutionalists, perhaps? We're now firmly in the territory of attempting authoritarian acts. Remember how funny y'all thought it was 7 years ago when I said (with mountains of citations) that Trump was an ideological authoritarian? Well, now he's an actual authoritarian.

You gave me a fun job for Monday. I'm going to look to see, how many 16 year olds who work for me, make over $25,000. I bet it's a handful . If I pull it to 18 I bet it's the vaaaaaaast majority. Just for the record I probably have less than 10 16 year olds working for meRandolph County Georgia awaits your generosity and business acumen.
@BeardedVol
You are getting your azz handled to you once again.
Tips are part of pay. Only really impacts servers and bar. They still make way more than $25,000. And hey guess what, we are currently debating at corporate level adjusting starting pay for managers. Why? Bc our staring pay, in Georgia, is $57,000. And we have non salaried people making more than that who we want to promoteI truly doubt that. Are you depending on tips to pay your staff?
