I have restaurants in the rural south. Well more so a year ago I did. Corporate reshuffling. But had several for a decade. The people in general aren't lazy at all. Those making 25 grand and biatching are most certainly doing so by choice. Most bc of laziness

Tips are part of pay. Only really impacts servers and bar. They still make way more than $25,000. And hey guess what, we are currently debating at corporate level adjusting starting pay for managers. Why? Bc our staring pay, in Georgia, is $57,000. And we have non salaried people making more than that who we want to promote
