If you really wanted to take a deep dive into that map you’d mainly see the heaviest concentration of black Americans (Louisiana and Mississippi) are you calling them lazy? And you’d see Appalachia.

To the Appalachia part I would agree that many are lazy. Meaning that a lot of the people who grew up there and were decent people, moved away for higher paying jobs. Leaving a disproportionate number of elderly, junkies, and lazy people behind.

Taxes disproportionately affect those making above those figures.
