President Donald Trump - J.D. Vance Administration

It's a court case now, where it was always going to end up and where it belongs. DOJ will have to make its case for denaturalizing & deporting Khalil. I'm fine with this.
The case will also become public record, so we can all then stop assuming innocence and all the other things being assumed in here.

Lol. WTH does that even mean? “You betrayed us when you stopped giving us hundreds of billions of dollars in money and free s***”.
We, along with Russia and a few other signed a treaty with Ukraine agreeing to protect them from invasion in exchange for giving up nuclear weapon stockpiles. Russia broke the treaty by invading, the US is breaking the treatyby not offering protection.

The bold is not true, see agreement.

Russia broke the treaty by invading, the US is breaking the treatyby not offering protection.

Actually I would say the U.S. admitted to breaking the treaty, or at least Congressmen. 🤷‍♂️

That's the word.
If the authorities broke down his door, entered his residence, and seized him without a warrant - then that is some straight up Stasi BS, and should be wholly condemned.

But that sounds a bit fantastical to me. Not sure even they are that brash and dumb.

What in the constitution demands that the feds "publicly communicate" their reasons? I haven't really followed the story terribly closely, but it seems some aren't starting with the assumption of innocence. They are starting with other assumptions.

IF they burst into his home and arrested him, with no warrant, for words that did not include inciting violence or other unprotected speech, then I agree with you. But all this argumentation can probably simmer for a bit until and unless we get a lot more facts than media claims.
everything I have read said he was arrested at his house. everything I have read has said the agents didn't give a reason for the arrest, nor did they have a warrant.

I saw someone claim the feds have 7 days to officially charge, but everything I have seen is 72hrs with a warrant, 48 without. its been more than 48 already, depending on the exact time he was arrested Saturday its approaching that 72 hours.

the first day in court is tomorrow, but it still stinks to high heaven that we don't know more by now, and judges have already stepped in to stop some of Trump's admin's plans to deport this guy.

as I keep saying, if it was someone yall aligned with you would be outraged. but because its an "other" you just shrug. some consistency would be nice.

I haven't seen the kicked down the door bit. they may have just knocked and he opened the door. sounds like he didn't fight them. but the lack of warrant was claimed by his lawyer, and no one at the fed level has provided one to date to the lawyer even after requests were made.

That "treaty" is not legally binding by us law.

That treaty doesn't say what he claimed even, he is just parroting stuff off the interwebs.

What "small parts"? I clearly state the DOJ has some interest in this specific guy, you and I don't know what that basis is, nor what Khalil's rights of representation are in relation to that basis. It's literally THE fundamental core of the scenario.

That's why I don't imply it is or is not 'on the up and up'.
I'm mostly here for the moment at least. Unless they have some kind of Wheel of Fortune spinner with names on it and give it a whirl to choose people then this individual has done "something" very particular bring about the arrest. If those are justifiable then so be it.

Now having said the above IF it turns out the procedures followed in the arrest weren't legitimate then I'm wholeheartedly down with those responsible taking heat.
