An NBC poll released Sunday revealed that 55 percent of respondents disapprove of Biden’s performance, meaning Biden has seen a 3-percentage-point drop in job approval since January.

“What this poll says is that President Biden and Democrats are headed for a catastrophic election,” Republican pollster Bill McInturff of Public Opinions Strategy, who conducted this survey with Democratic pollster Jeff Horwitt of Hart Research Associates, told NBC News.​

The poll also found that 7 out of 10 Americans expressed low confidence in his ability to handle the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

A further 8 in 10 say they are worried mishandling of the crisis will lead to NUCLEAR WAR.

Maybe people like me who went through the whole Cold War. One day you just realize it's not worth worrying about MAD; if it happens, it happens. Personally I'm more concerned about what biden and his leftist gang are doing to the country, my bank account, my future, etc - the stuff I'll be around to experience.

Our foreign policy "experts" have been jokes for decades - only Reagan and Trump really tried to make changes that offered a better America; Reagan "breaking" the Soviet Union and Trump trying to cancel or at least tame globalism and Chinese trade. We should be far more afraid of our own domestic terrorists in the federal government - a thing that we could control if we had a will to do so. As far as MAD and enemies go, quit enabling them, quit funding them; we've been funding the Chinese military for years. I don't know what to say when you are actually your own worst enemy, and collectively too stupid to fix it.

But voters are typically radically impatient for results. Going to be tough to sell voters on change AND deliver that change on a timetable voters expect.

First step is to get the country off what appears to be crack addicted hyperactive behavior. Get back to a sane pace; reasoned change doesn't happen over night. I remember years ago my boss reading something like the "3 Minute Manager" and thinking WTH. There are emergencies that require reflexive action; most require reasoned thought - like considering what the other effects of a decision might be. ADD doesn't seem to be just for kids anymore - it's a way of life apparently.

It was at a slow pace so most people missed it. They have been working on the institutions of higher learning for decades. They knew those were the future educators that would be in the public secondary schools once the 60-80 year old teachers who did it for the love retired. Globalization and turning China into a power can't be put back in the bag.

Trump had a lot of faults but they had to get rid of him because I think he would've continued to try to reverse some of this. He constantly talked about the swamp. Joe Biden "NEVER" talks about the swamp. He is part of the swamp which is part of the problem.

Globalization can be tamed, and we could turn off the monetary firehose blasting China - if we had the will. China would wither; of course, they would still have the weaponry including nukes that we've been financing. China has a lot of mouths to feed and keep tame. With reduced income from foreign trade, that would become a balancing act for the CCP.

I'm in that 20%. When the Ukrainians start marching toward Moscow and taking more land than they have 'lost' to date, then I will be a little more concerned.

What you should be vastly more concerned about is chemical or biological attacks.

I am not agreeable to giving up on a great system because the people we elect to administer that system are corrupt.

They are too far rooted in to every (or nearly every) institution in the Federal govt, in the media and in large corporations. We are living in a fascist/corporatist/cartelist system. These people need to be defeated by any means necessary. This country cannot survive even 8 more years of this. The demographics are not necessarily in our favor, either.
