OPEC is getting in on the game now and claiming they can't make up for the loss of Russian oil ... Pootin's fault. Somebody's lying big time, and OPEC led by Saudi Arabia has decided to dump the IEA as a monitor for the world oil market. If Russian oil is still flowing to countries like India and China, then they are either buying to store somehow or their demand should be dropping with respect to the world market. It seems like there's a lot of OPEC/Saudi yellow rain staining some pants legs around the world, and nobody's calling them on it.

The IEA was established in 1974 to help industrialised nations deal with the oil crisis after the Arab embargo squeezed supplies and sent prices surging.
