President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

Hamas doesn't allow it in Gaza?

Side Bar:
There is no Palestine. Never has been. There are Palestinians. But, no Palestine to free in these college protests. But, Israel has provided 2 Palestinian zones in the country they hate and want to destroy, not to mention Hamas and Houthis. If ignorance is bliss these college kids are elated. The country they protest has provided a home to people their own kind don't want.
There is no Palestine?

As a place name for a district there's been a Palestine since the time of the ancient Greeks pretty much exactly where it is now. Bluntly saying "there is no Palestine" is about as useful as claiming no place actually exists because their names are all arbitrary.

The problem with all this stuff is a bunch of pants on head retards are arguing about stuff they literally don't understand because they've never picked up a history book in their lives. This goes doubly for dumbass American evangelists that haven't bothered to read stuff like Tertullian, Chrysostom, Athanasius, etc. and think Pastor Billy Bob is an enlightened Biblical genius.

Yes, we have done so in the past with various nationalities due to war.

Here we have a war and unfortunately, Egypt and the Sunni states do not want them because they are essentially an Iranian proxy. With the Sunni's, the "hate the Jew" only goes so far. They view Iran as the enemy and Iran uses the Palestinians to create the instability in the region.
So let me get this straight. Palestine is kind of like Bama, you have some ME countries pull for them like they’re in the SEC but as a whole no body likes them and you have some bandwagoners because they are the flavor of the day

"In fact, historically, there was never an independent country named Palestine. There was for a time a Roman province named Palestine, when the Romans bestowed that name in the second century A.D. on an area that was previously called Judea, and which had been sovereign for a time."

"So, the historical record says that Palestine was never a country, and was rarely ever an intact entity. At most it was a geographic entity like Scandinavia but, even as that, it changed over time."

"For the two thousand years after the Romans renamed Israel, the land of “Palestine” was synonymous with the Land of Israel. There never were a “Palestinian Arab” nation; no Arabs denominated themselves “The Palestinians.” They staked no claims. There never was an Arab political entity called “Palestine.” Open an Encyclopedia pre-dating 1964, and look up “Palestine.” Identify the name of any Arab Muslim who ever was the “King of Palestine,” the “Sheikh of Palestine,” the “Emperor of Palestine,” the “Prime Minister of Palestine,” the “President of Palestine.” Name a “Palestinian” painter of note, a thinker, a poet, a soccer team. There never was an Arab anything called “Palestine” and never an Arab people by such name."

I'm not sure if this is more insulting to Bama or "Palestine."

...and it remains a place that exists, that was populated by a group of people. Would you rather me have used, say, Tennessee as an example? Tennessee isn't real because it wasn't a country? What about Appalachia? Are people of Appalachian culture just making it up? They must not be real either. Just saying something is "not real" doesn't solve anything and is a lazy ass way to look at the problem.

The reality is that as the UN agreements in 1948 at the end of the British Mandate (over what they called Palestine as well) created the "country" as we have it today. They also created the current nation state of Israel, which has almost nothing to do with the historical kingdoms of Israel (and at that time was populated almost entirely by Arabs). If they were both created out of the same UN agreement, how can one be real and one be "not real"? Are the modern Israelis entitled to the entire territory of the historical kingdom? Why?

Thinking about this more...

I'm pretty sure Palestinians are more like Vanderbilt and Israel is the SEC.

Nobody else wants them, so they're stuck with them, they can't fill a stadium with their fans and the only thing they offer is a guaranteed win on the schedule.
