The Washington Post is reporting that "the 81-year-old had shown signs of slipping for a long time, but his inner circle worked to conceal his decline." That is a rather curious and belated observation. The Post leaves the obvious implications unstated...

...First, Kamala Harris was part of that "inner circle," something that she is emphasizing on the campaign trial . That would mean that she also concealed his decline but denying it publicly...

...Second, since many were long writing about the decline, it begs the question of the near total lack of interest in that issue by the media, including the Washington Post. Many professed to the public that Biden was sharp as a tack...

...Finally, there is fact that the political and medical staff at the White House repeatedly denied any decline to the media. Yet, the Post now rather matter-of-factly admits that it was all a knowing lie. Just another shrug and spin in our post-truth political environment.

You had to be brain dead yourself if you didn't see it before he was elected. It was obvious to me then. Maybe I'm more sensitive to it from watching my mom drift away over an 8 year period.

Migrant Arrests at Northern Border Sector Up 197 Percent over Record-Shattering FY23​

The record-shattering surge of migrant crossings in the Swanton Sector continues with the apprehension of more than 2,700 migrants in July. The sector of the U.S.-Canada Border experienced an increase of nearly 200 percent from the same record-setting period one year earlier.

According to the CBP Nationwide Encounters report, during the first ten months of Fiscal Year 24, which began in October 2023, Swanton Sector agents apprehended 15,612 migrants who illegally crossed the border from Canada into Northeastern New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire. This is up 197 percent from the 5,257 arrested during the same period in FY23.

The list of nations includes migrants from Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Anguilla, Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bolivia, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Congo, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Eswatini, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Guinea, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Hungary, India, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Liberia, Lithuania, Mauritania, Mexico, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Pakistan, Panama, Romania, Russia. The only people who didn’t see it are the folks who believe what they’re told by the Democrat party and/or the MSM rather than what their eyes and ears see and hear.

Why do I have this feeling the "migrants" from those European countries have already "migrated" from another place that's probably hot and sandy?
