Because - as I've stated - I don't think he'd be found mentally competent to stand trial or likewise be a compelling witness. I didn't just fkin pick Joe's name out of the air randomly as untouchable. If he's found competent, have at it, but I don't see it.

It's been evident as each year progressed that he's probably taking a dump on his fly because his pants are on backwards. At minimum, nearly 3 years ago, I thought by the time he's out of office, he's probably too laden with dementia to get what he deserves. Like or not, that is also rule of law.

Again, there are competent, liable people connected to every prosecution employed against Trump who were the locus for those actions. Garland is a prime target for example. But prepare yourself for disappointment that any of the preemptively pardoned will ever be jailed, unless the court finds there is no constitutional provision for such a pardon. And that actually is a possibility.

I don't think DC laws apply on federal property do they? I have no idea how that is actually applied. I would assume different rules apply to someone hired to protect some federal asset has different rules than what applies to home owner in the city.
