If it's the latter, that's what I'm talking about.depends, are you investigating to find the crime, or do you have evidence of a crime and are only prosecuting those you actually have evidence for?
Because - as I've stated - I don't think he'd be found mentally competent to stand trial or likewise be a compelling witness. I didn't just fkin pick Joe's name out of the air randomly as untouchable. If he's found competent, have at it, but I don't see it.YOur words, not mine.
“I'm only disagreeing with thinking Joe is going to be of utility in the process, or that he should be prosecuted.”
If possible,he absolutely should be prosecuted.
85 can be nice, polite, accommodating, sweet and understanding though.Well, since I "heard" it from someone, meaning hearsay... how exactly is one going to post a link? I don't expect you to believe anything, matter of fact, when one says I hear something... they sometimes get it wrong. As far as an article that might help, I have provided an article below.
Trump suspends US foreign assistance for 90 days pending reviews

you are relying on what you probably think as a BS standard to justify this.
in common sense land no one assumes self defense doesn't apply when someone breaking in a window and climbing in to get after you.
Where is this "common sense" land? If the law doesn't say you have no duty to retreat then you open yourself up for prosecution.
DC is a middle ground state and likes to use “reasonable force” as the standard, if you can even define it.
On Babbit, I feel for her family but for me it falls under the don’t do stupid things and avoid terrible outcomes.
My point is Joe Citizen would have had to jump through a lot of hoops and go through litigation had they applied this response. Just shows that government officials believe their personal safety is paramount to the people’s.
because the parties are in power, and aren't threatened enough to play clean. as long as they convince the sheep to keep voting for their guy over the other guy they have no reason to behave. If it's the latter, that's what I'm talking about.
We have evidence of crimes and shady dealings for politicians on both sides. We let it slide all the time. Why?
I don't think DC laws apply on federal property do they? I have no idea how that is actually applied. I would assume different rules apply to someone hired to protect some federal asset has different rules than what applies to home owner in the city.Where is this "common sense" land? If the law doesn't say you have no duty to retreat then you open yourself up for prosecution.
I want him to face subpoena and have then say he isn't fit to witness. Proceed with how unfit and for how long. Roll back every pardon from the time he was unfit forward.YOur words, not mine.
