I think the Trump administration should expose all this, start to prosecute Biden then Trump should pardon him. No point in putting an elderly guy with dementia through all that. It'd give Trump the compassionate upper hand and it'd show for the history books what a crooked family this was
Biden might not be with it enough to testify and he still has 5th amendment rights so I don't think we can count on much from him but his family absolutely can testify. That's where this can really get exposedIt would seem logical that Biden could be called into testify in a Grand Jury as to the specific crimes he is aware of that he gave pre-indictment pardons for. Him issuing a pardon is based on belief a crime has been committed... what are the crimes?
I would rather us just move on.I think the Trump administration should expose all this, start to prosecute Biden then Trump should pardon him. Paragraph B. On page 6 and the “no duty to retreat” on page 12 may be of interest to some. Her being a sympathetic figure is beyond me. She's the same as an antifa person who attacked court houses in Portland. Deserve to die? No. Should they have brought a grand jury? Yes. Is she an idiot? For sure.
And I saw this discussion earlier. Yes, if it were my home in GA, I would be well with in my rights to shoot her. I only say that bc that was being debated on here.
I have cosistenty said it should have gone to a grand jury.Paragraph B. On page 6 and the “no duty to retreat” on page 12 may be of interest to some.
VFH, I only quote you due to your “castle doctrine” reference from Ga. It appears in DC there is no such thing. Not quite “duty to retreat,” but not quite “stand your ground”, either.
A hybrid of the two.
Which is why it should have gone to a grand jury.
Lol how do you know the woman outside your window has “violent intentions”? Can you just see it in her eyes?If she was armed and coming thru my bedroom window with a backpack of unknown contents with violent intentions I would be stupid not to take action.
Yes, you have.I have cosistenty said it should have gone to a grand jury.
Sounds good with 1 exception. Prosecute, convict, and then pardon. That way he'd be the real convict felon.I think the Trump administration should expose all this, start to prosecute Biden then Trump should pardon him. Not so sure her intentions were to give warm hugs to congressional members and staff. But since it was trumps party she was called to,who knows..
Of course if she went there in support of Biden you would have been screaming to break out the 50 cal and mow all of them down.
Yes, and we are going to spend a ton of money and nothing is going to be done. Build infrastructure, make trade deals, Drill Drill Drill, and stay out of our pockets. Anything else is a distraction.Isn't that why we have the FBI and DOJ? Meaning Biden's murdered someone, they all got together and buried the body, and nobody knows who it is... and the family doesn't know what happened nor where the body is. The pardon process is about admission of a crime and on the tail end... mitigation from the penalties. The public has a right to know, because its the public that gave the criminal the get of free jail card. The pardons can actually be conditional, meaning Joe could have said.... Ashley here is pardon but first you have to tell us where the body is.
If you allow a President to use this, why not just have the U.S. government kill everyone you want.... and issue them all a pardon without any explanation as to who was involved.
The get out of jail free card is there but that doesn't mean the public doesn't have a right to know... it does. Have you consider that other people could have civil cases against them for their criminal acts because of the damage they might have caused?
> we know there was a crime(s) as a pardon was issued
> we don't know the specific crimes nor how many people were impacted
> damage could have been done to the government and individual americans which could be made whole by civil action
> the government has a duty to assist to protect its own interest and those of americans
> the criminals don't even have to accept the pardon.... matter of fact, I probably would wait until after the verdict phase
> in the mean time they could plead the 5th in many judicial settings
Moving on constantly is also why we have politicians that think (know) they can abuse the taxpayer and the American political system.I hear you but since this is such a prominent political family of the 20 and 21st centuries, I think we need to know what happened. I don't want this hanging like the JFK assassination

stay out of our pockets
You wouldn't know she was "armed" with a folding pocket-knife in her pants pocket until you shot her and she was searched. She brandished no weapon. Byrd and witnesses testified she was not armed. You can scratch that off the justification list.If she was armed and coming thru my bedroom window with a backpack of unknown contents with violent intentions I would be stupid not to take action.
Rather see it exposed and DOJ set an example by not prosecuting Biden at all. If you prosecute and then Trump pardons because he's incapacitated, it indicates you shouldn't have prosecuted.I think the Trump administration should expose all this, start to prosecute Biden then Trump should pardon him. Sorry, I don't want 4 more years of the same ole same ole. Stay on task and get the economy rolling.Well, I can't guarantee that anything will have any type of success, depends but not sure why it would take a ton of money.... you should see how many indictments there are every day. This isn't even a drop in the bucket. But at the end of the day nothing has changed as you have not removed the incentive of bad actors to perform their act... matter of fact, you're not even wanting to know where the dead bodies are and you are giving them additional incentives to continue.
So, they take out Trump and its just a distraction? They kill you, and its just a distraction? They steal your money, and its just a distraction?
How do you know they aren't in your pockets? You are basically saying its all a distraction anyway so why should we care?
