President Joe Biden - Kamala Harris Administration

Biden marks 6 months in office on Instagram, gets shredded in comments
'In six months this administration has destroyed America,' said one critic

The White House celebrated President Biden's first six months in office by touting his economic achievements and handling of the coronavirus pandemic on Instagram, but commenters appeared to be less than impressed.

"In six months, this Administration has fueled record-breaking job growth, vaccinated over 160 million people – and captured a lot of photos along the way," the White House said Tuesday in a post that has garnered thousands of angry responses.

"So we just going to forget that we are on the verge of inflation?" one commenter wrote in a post liked by more than 350 users.

"And what a disaster it has been!" another person wrote in a post liked by more than 700 others.

The White House shared six photos marking the Biden presidency, including when he was sworn into office, when he toured the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and when the Senate passed the American Rescue Plan.

It also included photos of Biden's address to a joint session of Congress, and when he attended the G-7 summit in the U.K., as well as when he signed legislation making Juneteenth an official holiday.

"These are just a few of the moments that have made the last six months," the White House account said.

"Worst administration in history," one commenter replied.

"In six months this administration has destroyed America," wrote another.

"In just six months, the Biden administration has put this country in a tailspin nose dive. The absolute worst," one critic wrote.

And another: "This administration has destroyed our energy independence, dramatically increased the cost of living for hard working Americans, overseen historic inflation growth, saddled generations of our children with massive China owned debt, wasted our tax dollars in the invasion of illegal aliens – Biden Harris are total screw ups."

Emails show Hunter Biden lined up lucrative lobbying gig for then-Veep dad Joe

Joe Biden’s claim that he never discussed business dealings with his son Hunter is taking another blow as emails emerge indicating plans to start a consultancy and law firm together, that the elder Biden would join in 2016 after leaving office as vice president.

The email exchange from 2014, first reported by the Daily Mail, is between Hunter Biden and longtime family ally Jeff Cooper, and outlines plans for a firm to be led by Joe Biden’s eldest son, the late Beau Biden, who was set to be paid $500,000 a year to sit atop the company.

This is nothing new. Everyone knows this. The Mainstream lunatic pro-Democratic one-sided media sweeps this under the rug to protect & to shield their cult leader from any wrong done either by daddy or his crack-smoking low-life living son who lives off his daddy's last name.

A public figure put something on social media and random people responded to it negatively? Well call me shocked. That's some Huffington Post quality reporting there by Fox News.

Over $50 to fill my car yesterday, and I still had over a quarter of a tank left. Brings back that little twist on the Bob Hope theme song - "Tanks for the Memories" - and the right way to drain the DC swamp. Joe and the Coven are absolutely crushing us.

I guess I'm a bit bitter today. Tomorrow I'll have been around 3/4 of a century and I'm now watching the country go to hell in a handbasket.

Congrats! You've done better than most of the people born the same year.

The Biden administration is extending non-essential travel restrictions for the US northern and southern borders until August 21.

Apparently people crossing illegally are excluded. Just walk across and Joe will see that you get accommodations somewhere in the country if you are met by the Immigrations Welcome Wagon - otherwise just carry on - no fuss no muss.

Even Tredeau's liberal ass is happy to keep the nutsies from our nation coming across.

Happy 75th.

I’ll use a word a couple friends used on me recently when I told them our daughter was moving to DC: bittersweet.

Topped up my truck today. Not driving much these days, generally staying at the workplace most nights for various reasons. But I noticed since I last bought gas just a week ago, the price is up another 5%...

Thank you. I don't fill up often either. The 90 mile trip between houses every couple of weeks or so does make a difference though. After a basic stuck in place covid year, the change of pace and scenery is worth it.

I hear you. For me the little mobile home here next to my warehouse is more than adequate. The commute to our house closer to Houston only takes about 30 minutes, but now that our daughter is gone it only leaves my wife to cook, and she’s happy to have me fend for myself half the time, which is fine with me too (EFG).

I even managed some productive stuff during the week I was there - fixed the washer, fixed the sump pump after a heavy rain and seeing the problems, rounded up a lot of tools and basically figured out what tools and parts I have to work with, and got a couple of things I can't do scheduled for the next trip. I read something like four books while I was at it. Oh, and mowed - about 1/3 acre lot with a 21 in push mower - not self propelled. I'm finding what I do there gets me more inspired on doing jobs here too, so it's a pretty good deal.

I remember filling up an F150 truck for around $90 the day hurricane Katrina hit in 2005. Gas prices were nuts because of the disruption in the Gulf. I took that thing straight home and parked it. That was a moment in time and the prices went back down. But this moment in time is going to last until 2025. Hurricane Biden is a multi-year storm.
