The law in DC is the law. You're welcome to violate the law there. And if you do so, you will be punished accordingly.

Life is good.
DC has a history of getting their gun laws thrown out as unconstitutional, so the law in DC in not always the law.

I could give a **** that he burned a flag. I do not care. He was charged with destruction of property because he committed theft and then made his statement.

But was it really theft? I mean, who are you to judge him without knowing his complete economic situation? Or with his expression of his ideals?

I think you're just mad because a POC decided to express himself.

He probably could have had one of his underlings find or even make a flag. Do proto-fascist POS's even have interns?
Do BLM rioters have incomes to purchase big screen TV’s legally while Target is open?

Oh, do tell why you need more than 10 rounds in a gun.
In an AR or an AK for that matter, 30 round is standard capacity. In both, at least in my experience, you can place the mag into your forward forearm and it gives you more stability. Also, 2A does not limit the right to keep and bear arms.

No but “experts” in the government do.

BLM and antifa get away with destruction of property, beating and killing people yet the DC authorities are worried about this guy? Not really a surprise though

Some nobody members of a mob didn't get caught for destruction of property but a high-profile person who has admitted to his crime did. It's a conspiracy!

Deep State my friend. Lin Wood will be by shortly to explain lizard people. Red Hats will comply and have no issue with a person stealing property and destroying it.

If you "need" more than 10 rounds v. a group of protesters, you dead anyway.

Have at it, if you like. Go to DC and be sure to open carry your weapon too. [You'll be arrested]

Not my style. If you "need" and "have" more than 10 rounds, no, you're not dead anyway. You've got a fighting chance if you're ever in an outnumbered situation that you had no part in putting yourself in.

9-12 months ago, I would have said that the police may not want to attempt to disarm some of these open carry guys.

But after what I've seen in 2020, these guys may surrender their weapons without putting up any resistance.
