I am very unhappy with the way the team regressed under Pruitt but I can’t be totally angry with him. He was put in a situation for which he was unprepared. That was on Fulmer. When an employee doesn’t work out, the manager who didn’t adequately vet them should bear some degree of the blame IMO. Pruitt tried to win the way he learned from Nick. Fulmer was asleep at the wheel
