If you want to dump a Gagillion Watts of power over 20 seconds for Hollywood dramatics then you have to have 20 Gagillion Joules of energy available to dump with a 100% optical efficiency. There is no such thing as 100% optical efficiency so you have to have even more energy available.

Iโ€™d stick with good ole ball ammo for now. I canโ€™t imagine the trailer youโ€™d have to tower behind you today for a LASER pistol. Todayโ€™s energy density capability just isnโ€™t there yet.

Any proof the fires are planned and set? Is it a Q claim?

As I've seen it, there was questionable satellite vid showing what some claimed was a weather-ray starting a fire. That's easily dismissed as fantasy. So now, the story morphs to, "Well, they don't need lasers. They could have just sent someone to set them!"

Seems circular reasoning to me. (Look! They set a wildfire with a death ray! --- That's stupid, and the video doesn't show that. --- Well, they don't need a death ray to do it! They could have done it by hand!)
