We have one of the best Running Back coaches in the nation in Eddie Gran. He's sent a lot of backs to the NFL. The OL is almost a coach-by-committee job. Jim Chaney coaches them, Mitch Browning coaches them, and James Cregg assists as well. We may not be super-talented there this year, but those guys will get every little inch of effort and ability out of these guys as humanly possible.
