A little off topic but i got to meet him in Cocoa Beach Fla. when we played Ohio State. It was at a coaches lunch. After it was over people would walk by and shake his hand and when i did he never looked at me and had a weak weak hand shake. I was really disappointed. Citrus bowl. I live in Fla so when vols come here i love it. Thats why it stung a little.
Fulmer alone is a not a great coach without Cut. As proven Cut makes him look like a great coach.
He is the vol leader so i support him. His stats r great as a coach.Well that could have been a fluke. I hav met him several times and he looked me in the eye and gave a good shake. I have been told by some who don't care for him that their experience was the same. They give me the old "He is a good guy, just not a good coach" crap.
Spurrier won SEC championships with about 4 different defensive coordinators.Spurrier did real well after he lost his top guys as well didn't he. Look man the best coaches have good asst coaches around them. That is called good no, great leadership. And you anti CPF guys cannot ever give the guy credit. I made the prediction before the season started that you all would do that. Many of you (I don't remember if you were one or not) stated that getting Cut back would make no difference and was a mistake. That he didn't ahve anything to do with making the mannings good qb's. Now he hung the moon and CPF is but a mere figure head. I wish you guys would just let the rest of us enjoy what our team and our coaching staff is doing.
