Anyone watch? I caught the last hour.

Paul had his crew there. The time is as right as ever for him. I thought Johnson might ride Paul's coattails but he was a bit disappointing.

Pawlenty was absolute dullsville. Cain was entertaining. Santorum scored some points but I think he's the wrong choice.

Still hoping Mitch Daniels enters.

Every time I hear Herman Cain speak, he makes sense to me.

He did have some points. I thought the "how's that working out for you" moment in reference to him not being a politician was classic. OTOH I thought his closing was a bunch of platitudes.

Honestly I'm worried that Santorum scored a lot of points.

Why is it that I like Ron Paul so much?

Because he's been proven to be right. He sounded like an absolute kook in 2007 about the economy.

I was surprised at the crowd reaction to his views on drug legalization and gay marriage but it may have just been his cheering section.

If he was 10-15 years younger I think he'd have a shot.

The moment of the debate was when he managed to get an ovation for heroin.

I think Santorum is too far right to win a general election. The primary is a different story altogether.

He was the only hardcore social conservative on a stage in South Carolina. That's like being the only cotton candy salesman at an elementary school.

Yep. I was surprised at the audience reaction to the non-social conservative answers. It was encouraging.

I've always liked Paul, he isn't afraid to tell people what they need to hear. I missed the debate, wish I could have seen it.

I disagree with Paul on much, but I love the guy for who he is. Could listen to him rap on anything.

I really like Herman Cain, I have listened to him on the radio before but I forgot he was running. He would be my number 1 choice if the primary was held today.

I drove down and attended. As usual, the Ron Paul loons were swinging from the rafters. Paul's practical and intelligent...I agree with him more often than not. But, his minions act like teens at a rock concert. It gets old real fast.

Herman Cain helped himself. The more exposure he gets, the more momentum he'll gain. I really like him.

Santorum had a solid showing. No way he'd have a prayer in the general election, but may be the kind of guy who could balance the ticket as a VP.

I really like Ron Paul, but I gotta tell ya Herman Cain is really starting to grow on me.

Ron Paul's a nut, but I dig 'im.

I like Herman Cain, too, but he's out of the loop. So what should he do? It seems it would be difficult for him to comment on a few things simply because he's NOT a politician, and he may not be privy to certain things. This wouldn't be a hinderance, right? I know he's a smart feller, and he obviously keeps up with stuff.

Dude from New Mexico was out of place.

The "loons" raised a million dollars for him last night. At least they're putting their money where their mouth is.
