Anyone want to bet gas prices will be way down and the economy will supposedly be showing signs of improvement right about election time?

Ron Paul is a ****ing idiot. And the majority agree with me, for once. He could get elected in KY, if that tells you anything....

I don't know, he kind of looks like a genius compared to what's running the country right now, although that isn't saying much.

In SC you could take any dead republican, stuff them, put them on the ballot and they would beat any democrat.

I don't think anyone on the stage last night will be the GOP's guy...not sure who it will be right now but don't see any of those guys as being "the" guy.

I don't care for Paul, but you are right we could not do any worse than what's in there now, no matter who we elect.

Probably right, but who would have thought 6 years ago that Barry would win the dem nomination or the general election. I would not count out a guy like Herman Cain if he can continue what he created last night.

No doubt they could elect Hillary and it would still be a step up.

Not trying to make gs' or vfjustin's head explode :))), but I have no qualms with Hillary. I wanted her instead of Obama. No way was I voting for McCain after his faux shift to the far right.

Shift to the far right? McCain? Hahahaha. Hillary was the most conservative out of the 3.

McCain was George W Bush part II and no one wanted any part of that.

Yep. In addition, the thought of Palin being a heartbeat away from being President when McCain would have been our oldest President ever scared the shiz outta me.

He would have been way worse than Bush. I still can't believe I pulled the lever for him. In all fairness though I was voting against Barry not for McCain

I did it too, i wanted no part of Obama's change. I knew about him before he got in there. If more people knew he probably doesn't get elected, although Bush ruined it for McCain he didn't have much of a chance of winning.
