Good Times. I have a friend that flies jumpers out of Perris California. He was thrilled that he got to fly Bush 1 on his first combo jump. Didn't thrill me but I acted happy for him.

Liberal bunhole. My dad got to fly both of them recently and he DID enjoy it :).

I just hate that I have to hitch up to someone.

Liberal would be me. Things aren't always what they seem.

Sly is that guy. Honest outlook liberal. If I needed a Posse to ride the high plains and deliver justice, I'd take Sly and Broyles.

Wire Slydell, San Francisco,

NTVC is too young to get that.

I can see why you'd want them to deliver justice, very inconspicuous group. They'd just have to drop their canes before drawing a gun, though.

Make sure it's accounted for, for the generations to follow. Seeing as we likely won't have kids, I have tons of family history to worry about.

My brother does an outstanding job with that. He holds all the family history and possessions. Also, written history. Especially oral history from my Dad and Mom. He wrote a lot of things down that Mom told him about her travels in keeping up with Dad prior to his ship leaving for overseas. Interesting to say the least. I envy the old cross country train rides although it was probably hectic back then. Has a lot of things from Dad's time in Germany during WWII.

What did your dad do if you don't mind me asking?

My godfather was a half-track driver and gunner on occasion. He hit Utah on the 7th. His unit was a day late because of bad weather and choppy seas.

Our VFW made a video in 1995, many gas pumpers talked for 15 minutes...my grandpa's account of the war was

"Jumped in early on the 6th...ran into 2 Germans...was gonna surrender, but they shot at me, so I killed em....ran into General Gavin...got hit in the arm, passed out, and that was my war.

He was infantry and damn proud of it. I need to get my brother to digitized all his pics during that time and send them to me.
