Went through an old box today and found this stuff....need to figure out a way to display some of it

Edit: figured out how to flip the pic hahahaha
tl;dr
ngaft
The Braves-Reds ticket stub in the back was from 1977. I think dam Biff Pocafookinroba walked it off if my memory serves me correctly. The orange ticket is for the "Valleydale Southeastern 500" at Bristol. I think that was DE's first race there, so that must be 79. Then there's the World's Fair ticket stub.
The cards are Ben Talley and Little Man.
I am not prepared to start going through sports cards. Thank the Lord for garages.

305. I spent many an evening on the front row in the early 80s. Yes, I was in attendance for Camp’s HR and the fifteen inning game that was followed by fireworks in the wee hours.

tl;dr memory fail as usual haha looks like the HR on 4 July 1977 was Willie Montanez, and it wasn't a walkoff. I think that was the year they signed Burroughs, Gary Matthews, and Montanez. Those three might have been on the front of the program. I have it somewhere. It might've been the year after those three went there.

Take me out to the ballpark
Take me to where they played
Bring along some peanuts and cracker jacks
But I don’t think that they’re ever coming back
‘Cause there’s no one here as the home team
There’s no one else left to play
And there’s one, two, three strikes you’re out
For the fans of the grand ol’ game

The second players’ strike ended my fandom for MLB. I’d been a loyal fan since youth. I attended some minor league games, but when the Gwinnett team ignored the overwhelming vote of the fans to name the team the Buttons (Button Gwinnett signed the Declaration of Independence), my baseball fandom was solely for the Vols.

2010 and 2011 your Capons won the NC in baseball

That’s wild. I used to watch the Braves on tv every day after work but when they had that second strike I said I’m done with MLB and never watched another MLB game again.
