Company from Amazon sent me through a bunch of hoops to get a $10 refund. It started with a review then "just a few more steps and the $10 is yours". I was determined to beat them at their game because I've lost several other times.

I completed everything where normally I'd have given up.

Tonight they send an email..."one last thing. Send us your PayPal and we will send you the $10.

I responded "what if I don't have PayPal"

"I'm sorry, you must have a PayPal account to participate."

Me : Well good thing I do.

Lol, I sent it to them and now I'm waiting to see what happens.
