Have you ever made smoked salmon?

I haven't, but people say it's great. If I can remember next time I smoke, I'll get some. I'm probably gonna buy a small electric or gas smoker. The one I have was given to me by my neighbor, he made it out of a 50 gallon barrel. It's awesome, power T on it. He's a Vol!

He's got a sweet set up. He has a tent in the backyard with 2 grills and smokers. I was talking to him one day about buying me one, and he said he wanted to show me something. On back he had that one sitting there, and told me to to take it. I offered him money, but he said that's what neighbors do. It's worked great.
