In the last 2 years, the state won't process rape kits or forensic info from Memphis. They neglected the MS River Bridge where it snarled interstate commerce for months. They won't fix roads that are their jurisdiction here in Memphis

And they want to spend that much to give Nashville a do over for their stadium....

They want to build another new stadium for the lookouts here.
