Found that quote very interesting as well...think Quinn may have accidentally spilled the beans there...then again he went on to say writing is on the wall with Stokes so idk
I don't think Yemi was asked to leave, I think it's his decision.
Well, that would be your opinion.
My opinion is that Yemi is "forced" to make that decision similar to Washpun. When you are forced to park your butt on the bench the last half the year, you kinda know where you stand with your potential playing time.
And if he's already decided to leave and CCM had to sign this new JV guy to replace him, then I wouldn't expect Yemi to still be practicing with the team.
My thoughts as well. If it was Yemi's choice, wouldn't he already be gone by now? Or at least confirm the transfer? This is all on Stokes decision. Also, if BOTH Yemi and Stokes were thinking about leaving wouldn't there be some chatter regarding another Big guy?Instead of just one?

I see it HIGHLY unlikely though that CCM forced yemi out the door, to make room for Ndiaye. He would be running the risk of stokes leaving, forcing yemi out and only having Ndiaye as a center next year...you think that's what he was trying to do? I don't.
Who else could he have gotten? If Stokes stays will people be willing to deal with this commitment? Especially if Yemi leaves and its essentially replacing Yemi with another player of his caliber and he won't be asked to play more than 6-8 minutes a game.
