Really, if you're outside the top 4 after the championship games, who cares?

UT had a golden opportunity and were in command of their own destiny and completely wet the bed. The USC game was not just a bad loss, it was an embarrassing effort and result. Even with Hooker hurt, if UT was at 11-1 they would be at minimum #5, likely #4. I guarantee that the committee struggled to put USC at #4 - their defense is abysmal. At least UT's defense showed up a couple of times during the season.

But the Sugar Bowl will want Tennessee with Milton over Alabama with Young opting out. Don’t be surprised to see Tennessee jump Bama if Ga wins convincingly. They can use that as a ******** excuse

And if we take care of our biz vs SCjr, bama's not in a position to backdoor the playoffs. We screwed the pooch and now it's coming back to haunt us.
