I disagree. The one and only thing that makes Worley "the guy" is that he is best option they have available.
It seems perfectly reasonable that Peterman presents himself nearly equally well in practice. If the two were close, I can see them giving Peterman a shot. You never really know what you have until you put them in a live game situation. I assume the coaches didn't expect Peterman to respond to live fire the way he did.
As for not playing the Frosh, I don't know how CBJ could state it anymore clearly. He doesn't think they are ready, and it's his call.
