Yep. And then he says "Can you believe that s**t?"

Such a cool, humble guy who can admit/own mistakes and is not so insecure like Butch or Beamer where he throws players not producing under the bus but instead puts the accountability on his own shoulders. This is a man you want to lead you and that you will give your all for because he elevates you and highlights player's achievements instead of self-promoting. Class act and epitome of what being a coach and father is all about.

Idk who you’ve been watching but TM is the db that’s been getting burnt downfield the most and missed several tackles as well, not to mention his wiffed sack yesterday

DBs running full speed at an angle on a blitz often miss the tackle but cause the pocket to break down. A&M got some good blocking when the play broke down, left side didn't have enough bodies, Johnson made a decisive and athletic move toward goal line and Harrison over pursued on his angle as the only defender that wasn't held up by a block and could get there. Good play by Johnson and breakdown by our defense. It happens.

Again, DB's get beat in coverage. TMac is no exception but he has also made quite a few plays, is physical and plenty fast as a nickel which is a demanding position that gets lined up against slot WRs, TE's and RB's. He has been very solid and laid the wood often. He has not underperformed and should not be benched.

Who would you rather have in his spot with Slaughter being injured much of the year?
