I think the miss on Castles was a lot worse tho that was clear holding. to me the one on Sampson was similar to the one they called on us in the second half. Not blatant and probably shouldn’t be called

Three straight runs including a run on third and seven after dicing them up all first half.

Starts on the 4 yard line bs call.
After Joe picks up a first down with his legs and completes a pass under duress to Keyton a yard short of the first down Heupel inexplicably goes for it on 4th and 1 with a shotgun run play to a scat back.

Holding call derails the first drive, screen, run up the middle, third and 21 completes to Warren didn't convert (guess he should have completed a 3rd and 21, it's all on Joe!)

Then blindside sack fumble

Yeah totally all on Joe he should feel the guy coming after his tackle whiffs.

Some QB's do have that instinct of a guy closing in on him, Joe doesnt. I wouldnt say thats his fault just the reality.

I didn't like how long he held the ball, but that could happen to any QB and probably does at some point, but. . . you're right, our play calling was. . . strange.

Fwiw Joe didn’t lose this game for us…redzone efficiency and 4th down calls played a bigger part.

True. A loss is never on just 1 player.
4th down calls didn’t lose it for us either.

Red zone inefficiency was huge,
And Joe has a big influence on Redzone inefficiency.

Truthfully, I think the bad officiating and some bad play calling are neck-in-neck as the main reason we lost. We may have been able to overcome one, but not both.

Not really, Nicos getting his NIL deal wether he plays or not. Him sitting the bench takes a year less of beatings on his body. What incentive does he really have to play early and risk injury?

Some people rise to the occasion and thrive on being the one who brought us back!…could you imagine the clout Nico would have on his name if he brought us a Natty!.. think Manning level and he didn’t even bring us the title…

Not really, Nicos getting his NIL deal wether he plays or not. Him sitting the bench takes a year less of beatings on his body. What incentive does he really have to play early and risk injury?

He’s always been arrogant. Doesn’t take a counter argument very well and resorts to name-calling.

The thing that is somewhat concerning is this is the 2nd week in a row with some obvious bad calls/coaching on offense. Was hooker and Hyatt covering that up last year? Is Joe that bad? Was golesh that good?

It's not Peyton, but he lives next to a VFL. He's told us that several times before.

Is tat really worth it? If hes as good as hes supposed to be he should play ok (im not expecting Heisman or anything) day 1.

And does have some contact because he got sideline passes for the UGA game last year. He told us that as well.
