I love Josh Heupel...man I hope he can really get us back to our rightful place.

It is not just the other teams he is having to beat while having to work with a roster that is still a few classes from being great...he has to beat the refs too.

Once again...no live ball fouls on a team that is mauling our boys all over the LOS and our receivers down the field.

Should be an almost bye week before we roll into Mizzou. I fully expect the officiating to still be against us, but hopefully we can pick up a win there.

My impressions of the game.

Some of the play calling still baffles me. Is it Heupel? Is it Halzle? Did Golesh play a bigger factor in the offense than we thought? I don't know, but some of the play calls make me scratch my head. Still wondering why we didn't throw for the endzone at the end of the first half?

Officiating. It's almost comical, if it didn't sting so bad. It's gone so far past absurd and ridiculous. I'm not sure what the final tally was, but it sure seemed like they called far more on us than they did KY, even when my own two eyes saw KY's "Big Blue Wall" holding guys.

Our secondary is still bad. Sure, Hadden improved in the offseason, but Martinez gets paid to coach all the DBs, not just one.

The game was a nail biter but made for a great win. Anytime we can piss on little brother, it's fun. And watching their fans run for the exits was comical and enjoying. I liked it a lot.

Blue Ball Nation can suck it!

Everyone thinks Tennessee fans have a persecution complex, but is it really a complex when it's real? Not sure how anyone can watch one of our games and not notice the discrepancy in penalties.

Playcalling been weird all season. We really miss Golesh. We haven't schemed up open WRs much at all this year.

I agree totally. The media has had it in for us all the way back to the "Trailer Park Frenzy" days and they have yet to let up. It is real no doubt.

Also...you need to watch again...DBs were not as bad as you think.

Example. Why not take a shot at the endzone at the end of the first half? We had time for one shot, and a timeout to stop the clock and then kick the FG if the shot missed.
