Can't believe our front couldn't get any pressure. Its like we have these games on defense where we can't defend the pass at all. Hadden out for the season doesn't help.

The offense sounds like it was clicking. That bodes well going into the home stretch of the season.

Example. Why not take a shot at the endzone at the end of the first half? We had time for one shot, and a timeout to stop the clock and then kick the FG if the shot missed.

I don't know...maybe all of the misfires on plays the year when Heup has been his normal aggressive self has caused him to be a little more apprehensive?

I agree totally. The media has had it in for us all the way back to the "Trailer Park Frenzy" days and they have yet to let up. It is real no doubt.

My grandparents were born in 1921 and told me as child in the late 80's that it had been this way as long as they could remember.

Man you gotta think Drake Maye has to be rethinking his decision to transfer from Bama. Dude goes for 310 and 2 TDs and 58 yards and 1 TD on the ground and NC loses to Georgia Tech. Maye would be the Heisman favorite at Bama right now.

Huh? Maye never was at bama, but he was rumored to have been “tampered with” while at unc by bama. Ironic cause a few months after that they tampered with us by contacting Wright while he was not in the portal

Heupel needs to say something. The silent/avoiding the question isn't going to do anything. Go on a rant, pay the fine, and make the league know they can't continue to do us like that.

Well...then call me on it. Is Mizzou not a good team this year?...are the SEC offficials not hell bent on screwing us this year?..especially on the road?...is the weather in Missouri in mid November not likely to be pure freaking crap?

If we win it will be a great accomplishment imo...people here are dumb if they think just because it's Mizzou that means we should win.

We can win...but it will be a really tough game that we will have to beat a good team on the road in bad weather....and once again corrupt officiating.

I totally believe neither Alabama or Kentucky didn't commit any live-ball penalties. Not one single hold, not one single pass interference, not one time did either team go hands to the face. Not a single defensive hold or personal foul. But the one that I'm impressed with the most, the one that makes me truly awe!!! in their live-ball rules-of-the-game ability, neither Bama or Kentucky was called for defensive delay of game by clapping their hands. I mean, that penalty is so prevalent, we've now been called for it two weeks in a row...after 40 years of watching football, and NEVER seeing it. Such discipline by Bama and Kentucky. I'm blown away by it. How in the hell have these two teams lost 4 games, with all that focus and discipline and detail??

Last two weeks: UT, 17 penalties for 125 yds...Bama and KY combined, 5 penalties 25 yds.

Good, gritty win tonight. WE DO NOT LOSE TO KENTUCKY!!

I know the btches and belly-achers are crying to the heavens tonight about the defense. First and foremost, we held the SEC's leading rusher to 42 yds. Pass defense...have to pressure the QB, period
A secondary can only cover for so long, maybe 4 seconds, if you're lucky. The DBs that can do it for longer...they are called 'special'. We don't have any of those, yet. Pressure. Pressure. Pressure. We have an elite pass rush...with that said, see opening statements.
