I think he does come back. I feel like he’s similar to Juwan Jennings, and that he doesn’t have top in speed that is going to impress the scouts at the combine. The best thing he could do for himself is be just a straight dog playing in some big primetime games. Plus, with NIL and his popularity at tn…he’d make himself some really good money over the next year by coming back.

Playcalling been weird all season. We really miss Golesh. We haven't schemed up open WRs much at all this year.

Missing Hooker is a bigger difference in the open WRs than losing Golesh

A good friend of mine teaches at his high school. He told me 2 years ago he was extremely overrated. Lazy with no work effort. Barring some extreme change with him he will never contribute

Wright now has over 700 yards, no games with 20 attempts only 3 with 15+, He got dinged up vs UTSA and barely played. Dudes having a great season, can’t imagine his stats if he was getting 25 carry’s a game

Milton quietly had a nice night throwing the ball. This gives me hope.


Also, he finally tucked the ball and ran it for a first down on a pass play. This gives me more hope.

Said it a few weeks ago but it would be very wise to run some triple option. Obviously can’t change your offense half way through the season but you can sprinkle in a few new plays. Teams have started to crash the middle on first down to try to slow down the run game, especially in the 2nd half. It’s happened 3 games in a row now. It leaves the edge wide open and we haven’t taken advantage of it

Running Thornton, Squirrel, Dee, or Sampson across to fake the sweep or take the sweep would be a welcome change. Joe or Wright could still take it. Even on the option, having any of our 4 speedsters to be the pitch man would be scary

You think we lose to Missouri for starters. Then talked about crappy weather, which actually works in our favor, rushing for 240+ per game.

Just saw Oregon State get called for an OL hold. All the guy did was stick his arm straight out. Meanwhile, our guys are getting beheaded and can’t get a call.
