I don't think that every call against us is done purposefully. I do think there is widespread incompetence in officiating.Yeah it’s ********. Just trying to find something. Dudes been ranting all week
Refs just suck, simple
I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you or what you posted, I was just saying if they hate ours and treat us differently based on it, then they would have to hate Ole Miss and call them like they do ours. Not calling offensive holding, defensive holding or DPI on our opponents is clearly indicative of some instruction to officials from their leadership or league leadership.
This is beyond coincidental at this point.
Before the Bama and UK games we could point to trends or scratch our heads about why the refs aren't calling penalties as consistently as they did last year.
These last two games are proof that they are choosing to not throw the flag, even when the penalties are occurring right in front of their face.
We are not getting the same calls we did in 2022. The games are being decidedly officiated differently.

The difference is that they are choosing to not call the things that would give us an advantage -- DPI/defensive holding, and offensive holding.
DPI is purposefully subjective. Everyone knows holding when they see it, and we've seen a lot of it.
Great leadership on display here by Deion to basically throw your young men under the bus in the middle of a season.
I think he does come back. I feel like he’s similar to Juwan Jennings, and that he doesn’t have top in speed that is going to impress the scouts at the combine. The best thing he could do for himself is be just a straight dog playing in some big primetime games. Plus, with NIL and his popularity at tn…he’d make himself some really good money over the next year by coming back.
Just don’t see that happening. Brock is not going to come here and sit behind Nico. We may look for a transfer QB, but I don’t see us getting one of that caliber. Would love it though. An interesting QB I would like to see us swing for is Brock Vandagriff, his family apparently used to have season tickets here or his mom went to ut or something like that. But he is likely going to transfer, and he will likely have 2 years of eligibility and could really help our qb room
I think it is good to clarify that description. Lazy and no work ethic only applies to football. He is a great young man who will most likely have a great career in the business world. But football is really just a means to an end for him; a free education and the network he is a part of as a former UT player. Football is not a passion for him. Football is not important enough to him for him to fulfill his physical potential. He is not uber competitive or driven on the football field.
