Two of the greatest CBB teams I have EVER seen did not win the title against teams they vastly outmatched...just not that night. Two biggest upsets in NCAA tournament history.. Championship games
N.C.State over Houston
Villanova over Georgetown
Wanted Clyde Drexler and Phi Slamma Jamma to win...and Georgetown was so dominate in 1985...
This is awesome Bubba. Lots of hard work I'm sure. I've gone through similar with the pandemic and crap. Not easy to shed it once you've gained it. Definitely there with you - not going back to that ever again...too hard to come back from tbh.Exactly...been eating low starch veggies and just a few ounces of meat every day...you can eat a lot of mass without many calories or carbs...in essence you ain't starving, just forcing your body to burn fat for fuel.
I got pissed off at myself because my goal is to get down to at least 220 from my initial 312 2 years ago (after mom died I struggled woth depression and ate myself from 250ish to 312 over a few months in 2020) and I had lost 54 pounds slowly over the last 2 1/2 years...anyway I got proud of myself and thought I would take a couple months off of my regular high protein low carb schedule and found 5 (6 counting this week) weeks ago that I had gained 32 pounds back...so I have really been hammering down and lost all of it back off the last few weeks.
I ain't ever letting that happen again.
Ok...this is an embarrassing question...I always get the RF inside jokes...hell I've started a few of em over the years...but somehow I missed the Kentucky "Lube-U" thing theclast few weeks....what in the heck is that about?![]()

Lube U just gets dumbass-ier and dumbass-ier, by the day.
As if 95+% of that endzone wasn't available the entire time for those fake thug-wannabes to "pray"
Maybe next time our fans should block their fans' exit tunnels because we want to "pray" there. They always make early use of them.

DooleyFiring Phil was absolutely not the mistake....hiring a string of incompetent fool idiots after him was the mistake.
Replace the bad trigger with a good one. With all the 'diet' convos, I've honestly never followed any particular diet. Though, I've also never had to lose large amounts of weight. For me, I still follow the old rule of plenty of Veggies and Fruit (ok, don't do that as much as I should) and limit processed foods and high amounts of fat. But, I'm adding more protein now to go along with my workout routine. My problem is that I tend to finish the day late and eat dinner late. Guess what is open late? Fast food.

Just curious what your go-to less starchy veggies are.
Lol...Especially when combined with the tried and true "Bubba Mcgill's Classic Curmudgeon Exercise Regimen"
- Quickly pace back and forth in your house at least 2 hours a day ranting and raving about anything that comes to you.
- If you're short on ideas on things to rant against, here's some starters: horse****, camel****, idiot margins, things that make others happy, things that make others sad, the laughter of a small child, hopes, dreams, etc.
- That's it, you're done. Now, top this great exercise off with at least 4 doses of blood pressure medication.
