Uhhh, you serious? Which is the best? Just because the SEC has had an offensive renaissance over the past 8 or so years doesn't mean that we don't still have the best overall defensive talent and athletes.

I have never been into this my conference is better than your conference BS......I want Tennessee and only Tennessee to win.......doesn't matter to me which Conference wins Championship or whose is better.....I love the Vols......well and the Dallas Cowboys...!

I want to see how he responds if they get screwed by the officials. He will not hesitate to call them out. Maybe would be good for us the following week to get a fair whistle, if he does. I’m hoping against Georgia that the SEC knows they better call it fair, because our fanbase will make what happened against Ole Miss look like child’s play.

I love that Huepel hasnt complained or said anything about it. Doesn't want to mess up team chemistry by complaining, I get it.

But as egregious as its been. Just once, get in their crawls. I think someone has to say something publicly.

It’s early, but the line opened at -1.5 Mizzou yesterday. It has already changed 3 points to -1.5 TN. However, at this point, 77% bets have come on Mizzou and 55% money on TN. I have mentioned before that I don’t gamble, so someone correct me if I’m wrong. That tells me that bigger money has come on Tennessee for one. For two, that is a large jump in the line with a little over 50% of the money coming on us. If I’m correct in interpreting that, Vegas is saying they are begging for people to bet Missouri. So, do we actually see a favorable whistle this week for the first time all year?

You really think that is an indication of the BIG having better defenses than the SEC or maybe is a result of having a bunch of garbage offenses? I'm going to say the latter. That conference has 2 teams that are legit followed by PSU who are comparable to the 6th -10th best SEC teams. Everyone else in that league is comparable to the SEC's worst 4 teams, with several being on Vandy's level. This is an example of stats lying.

That must be why the SEC is 5-7 against P5 out-of-conference opponents this year (and 1-2 vs the B1G).

Ive been critical of Banks since he got here, but I think this is the right idea. Unless there is a clear upgrade( I would entertain a debate about Mason) I think staff continuity is key right now. One change at DB coach shouldnt hurt things too much. Now if theres a Brent Venables out there you go get him yesterday.

Yea so have I, but he’s definitely improved as well. Just needs to adjust better in game. If your gameplan isn’t working then adjust.

Banks has not really changed much, less blitzes but that is because he can get pressure without them now. The improvement has come because we have better talent and depth.

We beat the bammers in the SEC champ.

We are the 4 seed in the playoff...or do they put a one loss Big Ten or Pac 12 team over a 2 loss SEC champion that beat UGA and Bama?

Even if Tennessee wins out and the other dominoes fall out way I really doubt we get in. Scared them to much last year. Two loss Bama and a two loss UT, Bama gets it.

Even if Tennessee wins out and the other dominoes fall out way I really doubt we get in. Scared them to much last year. Two loss Bama and a two loss UT, Bama gets it.

If we beat Bama on the SEC championship, we would 100% get in over Bama. You can’t leave out the SEC champion after the avenged the loss earlier on the year.

Its in this thread. A few days ago, someone was arguing & saying "your gonna end up on mbg", then a couple hours later that comment he was talking about was on there. I can't remember who said it, or if they're the mole, but it seemed fishy at the time. Now another post ends up on there. . . & I don't think they're finding it through search results. A lot of people have mentioned mbg and those posts never got tweeted, even though they were just as dumb or worse.

It seems like someone tipped off mbg. It could be anyone though, it could be a lurker trolling us. . . could also be the person that was arguing about the first comment I mentioned who get mad and tipped off mbg.
