less blitzes but that is because he can get pressure without them now.
Not since the SEC realized our defensive line was a monster and took out SC and TAMU...

Since those games they have allowed EVERY team. to assault and maul our DL with impunity and thereby they have almost completely neutralized our pass rush...previously the strongest element of our defense and a real game changer....and coincidentally since then our pass defense looks like Swiss cheese.

I think that is very true. But that is when you really learn the importance keeping their hands off.

It must be a rule that every show on the SEC Network has to evolve in to a Nick Saban love fest! Trying to watch SEC this Morning and had to turn it off!

They have Milroe as Heisman winner and Bama in the playoffs! It’s sickening!
Yeah, the Heisman is a season long award and if you go back far enough Milroe was so bad at the start of the year that he was benched a game. He’s gotten better, he deserves some recognition for growing into the season, but you just shouldn’t be able to win any major individual award if you have to benched for your play at any point in the season. And if you do, you better have had a generational stretch after the benching. He hasn’t. He’s just been good, not even great.

If the Heisman goes to a QB, again, then I’m rooting for Penix.

Man both SC schools over sold their wins this season.

Dabo talking about buy stock in 5-4 Clemson after they beat an overrated Notre Dame team, but he is right...you typically want to buy stock when it's the lowest.

And Beamer going ham over a last minute pick 6 to help them beat a former FCS school at home.

i would guess that a lot of them don’t feel like it translates to the NFL.

Considering we've not had a RB leave yet for the draft under Heupel that seems like a dumb take, but I think that's part of it. Plus this is the first year where the media has actually talked about how good of a running team we are despite us being a top rushing team in the SEC in all 3 years under Heupel.

I guess the comical if malicious Milroe-as-Heisman spiel works as a way to help cover over the no-calls on Bama's assault of a genuine Heisman candidate: Jayden Daniels. On the same play another Bama tried to break the OL's neck by the facemask. The latter was very similar to what they did to Telander after the whistle on the exact infamous fair-catch signal play. Honest officials would have marched the ball right back out to the 19 yard line.

They should just give the Heisman to the supervisor of SEC officiating crews in Birmingham. I'd be glad to write the presentation speech.

Agree on both points about Milroe and Penix.
It’s SEC Network and they’re struggling to find someone in the league to hype as a Heisman contender…. Now that Bowers is out that is…

What really aggravates me is the fact that Bama can literally get away with anything and there will be no consequences..and they know this…hence, that’s why they do what they do..Sankey and the crooked refs are their protectors..I just give up on fairly officiated Bama games no matter who their opponent is..😖😖

K1 Kickboxing was fantastic. Dutch black guy named Ernesto Hoost was amazing at around 225. I'll never forget watching him chop down the giant oak tree known as Bob Sapp (Warren's much larger brother) with brutal leg kicks until Bob could barely hold up his 400 pounds and completely gave up on defense. Ernesto kept leg kicking while also throwing straight rights straight down the center of Bob's face.

Also remember one guy leg kicking another guy who blocked it with his shin. The guy kicking snapped his tibia and it was flopping everywhere. Great memories.
Ernesto was a stud. Probably could still wreck most peoples day with ease.

Penix is having a great year too. He's at 69.4% (up 4.1 from last year) and sitting at 3201 yards through 9 games averaging as many per game as last year and has gone from 2.4 TDs a game to 2.9 TDs a game passing from last year. I think Bo Nix losing their head to head and having far less passing yards eliminates him. Jayden Daniels probably out of the mix because LSU is sitting at 3 losses now and Michigan won't be anywhere near the finalist because of their scandal. Caleb Williams shot at back to back rode on USC being a playoff team so he's out imo.

Unless Washington falls apart to end the season I'd say it's safe to put Penix as the front runner, his biggest challenge IMO this year will be Marvin Harrison Jr. at Ohio State. Harrison once again hasn't actually done anything to earn the sort of praise he gets on the field...but it wouldn't surprise me at all.

Ollie Gordon at OK State & Omarion Hampton at UNC are the only 2 RBs that really stand out thus far in any sort of Heisman talks.

Yeah, nobody has played like Penix and Daniels imo
