Basketball team may be the best we’ve had ever. I’m not exaggerating. We’ve had some damn good teams but they usually have a flaw. what is this team missing? Hard to pinpoint by just looking at them so far. I know it’s early and I know what matters this year is March and we know how that goes.
Tis how I felt watching them this summer in Italy

Incredible balance. Veteran, skilled, athletic, defense, guys who can shoot.

Maybe a touch weak inside...but barely.

My bad: #39,882. It didn't register with me at the time that he was the source. That was a great tweet by Tim Brando. I have no idea why you would be blocked.

Probably someone with a username a letter or two off from mine. What gets me though is it's not like there's an appeal process and I can't even read the posts. I'm not banned from just commenting. I can't even view them which is honestly too far. No one in news should be allowed by their employer to block public posts from being read by specific people even ones that are guilty of abusive comments. Blocking them from commenting is one thing but blocking from viewing a public conversation is so against what the 1st Amendment is all about that it's downright unethical for a journalist to do it.

If I
Are you blind?...can you really nit see our DLs getting manhandled on every pass play?...how do you explain the sudden precipitous drop in our defenses pass rush success over the last 3 games?...they went from one of the absolute best, most fearsome pass rushes in ALL of CFB to less than mediocre, even against that piece of crap scrub UConn team...please open your damn eyes man...the WHY is absolutely 1000% irrelevant....ALL that matters is that it IS absolutely happening...I don't care about explaining WHY.

Watch the damn games again and REALLY watch the LOS and the officials.
were CRG, I’d have our DL wear out the OL. Every time the OL grabs them, I would have the DL gut punch the OL. Punch up into the OL arm near the armpit. Hit the nerve and then they can not grab you. Start in the 1st quarter. They will either quit or run out of OL by 4th quarter. 😡

I just rewatched Freak's posting of that game. I may have missed a no-call hit but he wasn't knocked out of the game (which is what I interpreted you to be saying).

Agree with everything else. It was the bama game In 2021 and there was nothing called at all. No review for potential targeting

Somebody with access to CRG needs to pass along this info, we are going to need it against Georgia.

2018/19 roster is a tall order to top…let’s pump the brakes some..

What if it were the third or fourth time that Baron had done it to a different QB? And he had just done it this time to a Heisman candidate like Tua or Bryce Young? Because that is what Saban teaches, tolerates, and rewards, with the SEC office crews covering for him. That is how many times Turner has done this minimum. And how many times has Bama done this overall?

Turner should be permanently suspended, Bama sanctioned and penalized for the pattern of intentional behavior, and Saban sanctioned running a lawless program that practices intentional injuries.

Telander was mugged in our game this year. The Bama guy had his whole hand under his facemask and twisting his neck back and around in apparent an effort to break it. Telander was surrounded by a number of Bama players who had illegally left the sidelines for the purpose of surrounding and threatening. This was on the exact play when Birmingham showed "how precisely they follow rules" by calling the nitpicky fair catch signal of Telander's. Yet they don't call a vivid attack and assault after the whistle.

Look at the thug Bama WR who assaulted a TN coed last year, and Saban excused it and blamed the female victim for scaring his football player, and then had his mouthpiece Sankey sanction and punish TN for Bama's assault. It's criminal.

The Birmingham Office is endangering players and bringing shame and disrepute on the sport and its member schools by operating as a thug cover up for Bama. I hope LSU and Jayden's and his familty has had enough of it.
Do you do twitter? If so, you should put out this kind of stuff and get it trending. Would be eating popcorn worthy to see what happens with it.

LSU should hold Jayden Daniels out of its game this week and talk about the dirty hit and the way Birmingham promoted and covered for it, and the fact that Turner has done this repeatedly because Bama does this kind of thing with impunity. And that it amounted to the Birmingham Office rigging the outcome to advance its preferred playoff team at the expense of brutalizing a Heisman candidate. Tell it before the game. Tell it to the sideline reporter. Tell it in post game. Let's have this out.

Tell the simple truth that Birmingham endangers player safety as a matter of policy to control which of its teams advance to the playoffs.

Let Texas and Ole Miss confirm it. They have both had their QBs intentionally injured by Saban's same Bama player in order to determine game outcomes. With zero response from the Birmingham office.

Birmingham needs to suspend Turner for the remainder of the year. And sanction Alabama.

The Bama player who tried to break or severely injury the neck of the LSU offensive lineman on the same play needs to be suspended for next week.

The Bama players involved in the assault on Telander need to be suspended. It doesn't matter if it was a couple of weeks ago. Birmingham has proven that it can post hoc suspend a player. In fact, they have proven that they can do anything they want.

Apparently Birmingham is going keep at it until a player is paralyzed or worse on the field. One doubts they would stop even then.
I mean Bama is able to let a star get away as an accessory to murder, so should we be surprised that they can get away with these type of things on the field? Probably not. I’m just waiting for one of them to bring some brass knuckles out and start knocking guys out (Longest Yard style). I’m sure that will be allowed too.

You’re right. Cheap shot by Toto.
There were cheap shots by To'o To'o in the 22 Bama game against another Heisman contender Hendon Hooker. Once when Hooker was trapped in a pile after a run, Toot lifted him up just enough to knee him twice in the head, a disqualifying person foul, and a Birmingham turned a blind eye to intended and delivered head trauma. A second time where To'o To'o found Hooker trapped under a pile after a tackle, and since he couldn't get to his head, he began jerking on his throwing arm trying to injure it by pulling it out joint. Birmingham gave Toot the no-call both times. Now imagine that was our LB (or anyone other team's) kneeing Bryce Young's head or yanking his throwing arm to injure it, both when BY was vulnerable, in a pile after a tackle. They would have ejected him, penalized us (or any team), and Danielson would have never stopped talking about it. But since it was Hooker: Birmingham no-called it and the network covered it up. Birmingham is going to continue to jeopardize player health and safety for the purpose of illegally advancing Bama's interests until someone steps in to stop them. It's a very dangerous situation. And Birmingham is knowingly perpetuating it. Rewatch that post of Dallas Turner's excused and thus condoned and thus encouraged dirty hits again. #39,882
