Just a question. If the NCAA decided to go with communication in the helmets of the QB and/or MLB on defense, what would keep a team from tapping into the signal and listening? I assume these are wireless, so there definitely technology to pick up communications. Wired would be even easier for the home team to tap into the visitors communications. If people are stealing signs, they definitely would do things like that. I’m sure I don’t know the ins and outs of the specifics of how they are used.
NFL has done it for years, MLB does as well.

Johnny Majors took Iowa St to their first ever bowl games in 1971 and 72, as you know. But then he got out and moved on to Pitt.
Yep...it was impressive that Johnny did it to...but he was smart enough to cash in in the success and move on to bigger better things...Campbell was arrogant enough to believe he could maintain that success long term, and that if he did have a downturn that Big 12 Vandy fans would appreciate his loyalty and never turn on him...lol..he has f'd around and found out that ain't true.

Nice! That's a whopper!
I love hitting those. . . always wish I put more on it after I see it hit. . . been a while since i've had one that big. . . i've been sticking to the little ones, I can manage that action a lot better. . . @Glitch

Really though, those are rare, congrats!
That's like a quadruple...TWSS!!!!

Yep. And that no one gave an ish about Kim before Griner put her in the spotlight constantly. Kim was the also ran to several other coaches the foremost among them being Pat and Geno. Not saying she wasn't a good coach - she was but she had plenty of company beside her. Griner elevated her.
This is dumb...it's a bad dumb point...let it go.. stop doubling down...nobody here is buying it.

A way too early line that looks ripe is 49ers @ Jags, 1pm kick. Jags +3 seems too good to be true
That's insane...odds makers are saying 49ers..are 6 points better if you include the standard -3 for home field....might get me some of that action if it doesn't move to much...

Bama committed an atrocious targeting penalty on Hooker in the 2021 game, as you recall. It was clearly intentional targeting intended to injure HH so severely that he couldn't continue. And the Birmingham SEC crew fully endorsed the behavior by refusing to call the blatant foul.

The SEC's ongoing rigging of outcomes is beyond a shadow of a doubt resulting in short- and long-term injuies to student athletes. And risking player safety every week. It's criminal.
Shout...Shout...Let it all out!

If I

were CRG, I’d have our DL wear out the OL. Every time the OL grabs them, I would have the DL gut punch the OL. Punch up into the OL arm near the armpit. Hit the nerve and then they can not grab you. Start in the 1st quarter. They will either quit or run out of OL by 4th quarter. 😡
This would work in many cases. Love to see it done to stop this shiz.

Ole Miss O-line had a method of blocking that led to all those QB draws and scrambles that killed us in the Mustard Game. I saw Kentucky recently use the same method in our game. It is effective in slowing the pass rush if it is not called. I have seen many teams employ it over recent years and it is rarely called anymore. Your recommendation would end it quick because the O-lineman's technique would leave him exposed.

The O-lineman stays high on the upper body of the pass rusher. Depending on the inside or outside shoulder pass rush (gap chosen), he will grab jersey at the chest with the inside hand and go around the back at the neck or shoulder with the outside hand. The latter move with the outside hand is illegal. Should draw an immediate flag. How many flags have we seen for it in our games? Zippo. I saw Ole Miss still using it against aTm. I have seen game after game of guys doing it in CFB and NFL - rarely called. Yet, it is blatant, uncalled holding.

Officials are not who they say they are. It is past time for people to recognize it and get vocal about it at the conference level everywhere. Then employ methods in the trenches to make people pay on the field for cheating.

In the mizz/georgia game a mizz player landed out of bounds before the half. Instead of stopping the clock, the officials continued to wind it ultimately costing mizz a shot at a score.

In the tenn/alabama game before the half while tenn was driving a few similar things happened. First, a play where Milton clearly had a first down on a run was spotted one yard short resulting in a running clock. Second, a play where the running back landed about 3 yards out of bounds had the official signal to run the clock. The official was 6 feet from the play.

I believe this is now a pattern of officials attempting to run teams out of time to lower the chances of a score before the half.

He said it may , you can pump your brakes if you want to, the rest of us will accelerate as we please.

😭😂😭 thanks for the clarity.I mean I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t excited about a tennessee team who just beat a Michigan st team that lost to James Madison lastnight 😭😂😂 we set the bar high only for it to crush us later right?… 9877654321vol
