Nico isn't 100% healthy. I think it's fairly obvious at this point. Joe is the QB until he breaks or tears something. They bubble wrapped him last week and kept him in the pocket sans one QB draw after not handing it off running zone ready 20 times. Nico got zero reps. I know he "warmed up" when Joe looked shaken up, but give me a break.Do you think Nico gets some run if Joe struggles against UF and we lose? I know they think he is special.
I don't think it's that they don't like Joe, it's that some people have the compulsive need to be right about everything. Any opportunity to say "told you so" and they pounce.Somebody did a breakdown of every single incompletion on the football forum which proves this point with screen shots.
Some people are now saying it's his decision making and processing defense. I haven't seen him missing open receivers running down the field and taking the check down. I would imagine these goal post will continued to be moved because some people don't like Joe.
Yea Florida doesn’t have a good offense, they have some good RB’s but They’re handicapped by their terrible Oline. Their defense seems to be pretty good tho, outside of the first play vs Utah they did very well on that side of the ball especially in the 2nd halfI just realized that Tarleton State put up as much offense on McNeese (554 yards on the road) as Florida did (560 yards). They also beat McNeese by 4 touchdowns despite turning the ball over three times and allowing a 91 yard kickoff return for a TD. Florida obviously has a better defense than Tarleton State.

They ran QB draw three times. Once for a touchdown. And your theory is that they had Nico pretend warm up as some kind of psy-op?Nico isn't 100% healthy. I think it's fairly obvious at this point. We're stuck with Joe until the staff thinks Nico is prepared and/or healthy. Don't know how long that will take but Nico isn't playing in Gainesville.
You two are going to wind up on message board geniusesIt really works wonders. This was almost 10 years ago but my classmate gave me one before a huge presentation we had to do but I remember having no nerves at all. I HATE public speaking but this made me feel no pressure or nerves at all while I was up there. I’m not a doctor so idk what type of effect they can have on someone playing in a football game with that type of cardiovascular output, but if there is no risk from a medical standpoint then it would be massively beneficial to Milton.
@1:38:34 in the game is the fumble and them saying they didn't have enough time to review it to make the right call.Did I hear them say that the officiating crew decided they didn't have enough time to properly review the call on the catch/fumble in our game? Wth?
Have been all along. 9-3 and some Citrus bowl type. I'm fine.Bottom line, I’m comfortable if this turns out to simply be a transition year where we make a decent bowl, win some fun games (amidst a few frustrating losses), land a top 10 recruiting class and move on to the Nico era.
Psy-op? He was warming up because that's what backups do but he wasn't getting any snaps. Hardly a tinfoil hat thing to say. They ran QB draw three times. Once for a touchdown. And your theory is that they had Nico pretend warm up as some kind of psy-op?
Joe is the starter and Nico is the backup. Both are healthy enough to play. It really is that simple.

Joe ran twice.
-Once to end the half with the score.
-The other was right in the middle of the third quarter where he went down and took a late shot straight to the back.
Compare to how much we ran Hooker through the first two games last year, I think there is a decided mitigation of QB vulnerability.
