Who’s watching the PAC 12 championship tonight?

I think I’m rooting for Washington. Oregon is a pain in the a** for recruiting. But I think Oregon wins.

I know you’re not watching @mr.checkerboards. You only watch SEC games. Lol
UW is my favorite. Oregon and UW been trending in different directions. I think Penix is injured.

How many of you would be okay if your job told you that for all the hours of work you put in that they will pay for your food and your room and board and your medical, but not actually pay you any income?
I’m pro paying college athletes, but you are discounting the free education and stipend money they get. If you want to make a point, you have to be transparent and list ALL the incentives athletes get as well

Been there and done that but as a soccer player at a D1 and D2 college, without getting everything covered! Partial soccer scholarship because soccer only gets like 11.7 to split between the team. BEST years of my life!!!!

I hate him because he hates me....and idiots like froboy put my deputy sheriff son in law, and one of my best friends on earth who is also a deputy sheriff...plus several other friends who are LEOs lives in danger by promoting hatred of law enforcement.

That's why...and if you defend that sorry po💩...then count yourself hated too.

You’re now officially VolNation’s transfer liaison for the TE position.

The woman is Diane Windstrom, a staple of the mail order catalog scene from the late 70s through the mid-80s, though she normally wasn’t found outside the women’s wear sections.

The guy in the Cowboy jersey is Greg Baker, who would be making his final appearance for Sears due to a contract dispute.

I think the guy in the Steelers cap is Chris Allenton, but it’s hard to tell with his hair covered up.
How old do you have to be to know this? O/U 78.5

Congrats on the PhD, hope it works out!
As for the kid in mention, he's on my sons fb team. Dang good athelete, was 2k yard rusher this past season, and is nationally ranked in rasslin. That said, he's a 19 yo senior, been held back twice for sports reasons by his father. He's also very well "supplemented" if you know what I mean?!?
Hes a good kid that is a product of bad parenting. He has had some interest from D1 football schools, until they look at his hs transcripts, and attendance. Needless to say, i doubt he'd make it very far academically at VT with the standards they have! Truth be known, he wouldn't be eligible to play in hs if grades were not fabricated (at the principles demand) from what I have been told...
Oh, I know who it is. He's actually already committed (and I think signed) with Virginia Tech for wrestling.

IRS is a joke.

We have 330 million people in this country and you think they can monitor all of them with a couple hundred thousand.

I’ve sat in on Audits and quoted tax code that they didn’t even know existed. There is a reason the IRS recruits retired Partners from accounting firms. They don’t have the expertise or wherewithal to understand what these businesses are doing so they hire the experts to help.
My profession includes data analysis at massive scales. What I do is find needles in needle-stacks. The IRS can analyze massive amounts of data at scale to refine what they have to look at manually. And it seems fairly obvious that the category of "has never paid a penny in federal taxes" (a pretty obvious short tale analysis) would be a prime candidate for manual audits.

It would be dangerous to under-sell the federal government's desire and abilities to get into the citizens' wallet. That's really at the top of their priorities.

It's a dangerous game.

Not a big baseball guy...but I think Rickey Henderson would be my #1 pick in a draft your perfect team.

The fact that the gap between him and 2nd place in career stolen bases is so vast that the number between them 468 would be good enough to still put him in the top 50 all time is absolutely CRAZY to me.

First all time in runs scored too
Also in the 3k hit club
Just 3 shy of 300 career HRs
and just a tad under .300 for his career batting average
You can make the argument that Rickey should be in the lineup of the all-time starting 9.

Yeah…let’s spin it that he’s starting over rather than the roster fleeing a sinking ship.
Some of their fans refuse to see what is right in front of their face.

Their main SC board had a Q&A with their version of Spyre, and the guy was basically like "yeah we don't have any money. we're going to lose all of our best players"

their fans had a mini-meltdown about why their fans can't support their NIL when they've been filling their stadium for years of terrible football (good point)
