Last night's game will be hard to top. Really fun game to watch.

We saw a better version of it earlier this year when LSU played Ole Miss. Except the product was better on the field Sept 30th. I know some of you hate this take, but Washington would probably finish behind Georgia, Bama, Ole Miss, Missou, and LSU this year. I think we would give them a hell of a game if we were at home. That conference lacks the talent of our conference. Only Oregon/USC cracks the top 10 in talent and neither of them are well coached. Oregon somehow cashed in on their BIG WIN over Deion and the shine stayed. They looked convincing in many games but struggled against Texas Tech, USC, and Wassuu. They also lost twice to the only good team they played. I have no issue with Washington being an undefeated conference champ and getting in, but just like FSU with a 2nd/3rd string QB, they will get abused. The big question is who gets in if FSU loses. If Texas wins, I think it will be them. And Texas can mess stuff up for both GA and Mich.

Maybe I'm just old school but I cannot root for Bama in anything. The only time I would cosnider is if their win helped us make the playoff or win the east. But who are we kidding, they would intentionally lose that game to prevent it for us.

Interesting. What would happen if Georgia lost? I don't want them to three-peat.

I’d love to see the “chaos to ensue" and how the committee would react. The committee over the years have really had to easy to me. With that scenario and everything else staying the same, I personally think Georgia moves to the 4 spot. If not Georgia them, either OSU or Alabama () at 4. Probably Bama because they just beat # 1 Georgia and OSU lost to #2 Michigan. I just can’t see a scenario where the SEC has zero representation. Not with the success the SEC has had over the last 20 years.

That’s impossible thst the committee keeps the sec out entirely. Plus I have this maybe misguided theory that should saban win one more, he’s retiring.

We would. And he’d visit. He’d love it. He’d say it feels like family. Staff keeps it real. Didn’t realize how great a city Knoxville is until he visited. VQ would say we’re deep in it. We’d make his top 5. Then top 3. He’d be looking at or pointing to the Vols logo in his graphic. His thread would get up to 60+ pages. Insiders would post eyeball emojis or just post “go Vols.” Then the kid would pick someone else. I’d post how the staff can’t close. And everyone would say “hey why everyone mad we never led so don’t matter grrrr”

These are exactly the reasons I say the PAC is overrated. It’s a no defense league and people blowing up Bo Nix forgot how he looked in our conference. JV to varsity comparison.

And Jayden Daniel’s transfers from pac 12 to the SEC and puts up better numbers.
