Don't look now, but the Wisconsin team we beat on the road has a late lead on #3 Marquette.

They have really had the 22 class and 23 class and the one coming in has not even signed yet. Not to mention we still are not allowed to have a full roster. 11 juniors on the roster last year and 30 not so great seniors who they did not recruit for the most part. Our average player rating in this class is the highest it has been in over 10 years but you guys keep spouting how bad it is. If you expected us to have a top 5 class, you were always going to be disappointed.

Alabama getting in over Texas would be inexcusable. A 1 loss non conference champ getting in over a 13-0 P5 team would also be inexcusable, Regardless if their QB is hurt

Wisconsin wins. Big for us. We have a very favorable schedule till conference play. Find a way to go 6-0 and you’re 10-3 entering January with a few nice wins and a solid Top 10-15 worthy resume.

Coach should’ve known how to deal with fans discontented with mediocrity as that was why he was finally booted. He knew all about mediocrity at UT.

No it isn’t. Tennessee was a top 10 program when he was fired. His last 4 seasons, Tennessee played in a NY’s bowl in each and won two SEC championships. The young talent on his last (1992) team was the best of his tenure avd he was poised to win even bigger.

Majors pissed off the wrong people. That’s why he was fired, not mediocrity.

Sure. Similar to how I've enjoyed the AAC.

It might be fun, but only a single program out of the 16 teams with top-25 talent (TCU). Hardly any contenders tbh

I'm 100% behind coach Heupel. Certain staff not so much .

Having said that, recruiting has to improve. Has he been handicapped? Yes. Has he improved it despite? Yes. Teams don't really stay the same for long, they either improve or regress. You have to strike while the iron is hot. Last year was awesome. I was hoping that would catapult recruiting but it doesn't seem to. Maybe this year's results have taken some of the shine off. Is recruiting good? Yes, is it competing with GA, AL good? Not yet. All JMO.
