They’ve recruited much better at the position this last year.

They recruited the ‘23 class better than the ‘22 class
They are recruiting the ‘24 class better than the ‘23 class

Now watch the “conversion rate” climb as the caliber of the average OL recruit climbs.

Simple probability (which is all the Star system is) playing out.

Let’s keep it going. Put on more steam.
