I wanted Pruitt fired as much as the next guy, but what exactly did he do that lacked integrity? Firing him in the circus show way we did set an extremely high bar for college administration stupidity.

Not intending to be a self-serving post, but this place is like an extended family so: Retiring today. 39 years teaching Math /coaching HS Football, several years with Wrestling and Track. Time to spend time with wife and help look after our Moms. Gonna start tutoring Math online, so if yall know anyone that needs that service, send them my way. Excited to see what God has next. Congratulations, that is awesome!! I don't know anyone who needs math tutoring, but if you ever decide to change to reading comprehension, this site alone will give you as much work as you could possibly want.

I went back and forth with a poster that argued both sides of the issue at one point or another. That on top of the just blatant name calling. It is not so much a forum and a refuse heap for all the toxic crap that the mods don't want to deal with. Hats off to the mods for creating such a horrible place.

Thinking that paying his buyout keeps the lid on everything is losing delusional mentality. THEN you have loss of institutional control and settlements for Plowman after she’s fired. Resulting penalties and losses of scholarships and bowl payouts, idiot tax, miscellaneous tax…prolly up to $50 mil plus. Saving $4 mil should qualify for the Nobel Peace Prize in Economics.
