Do you guys and others realize our recruiting average is going to likely plummet as the classes closes?

Look at who else were seriously in on:

Sensabaugh (.86),
Wallace (unranked),
the Kent State commit (unranked)
Cole Harrison (.84)
Rodriguez (.87)
It's moot really, taking 5 more kids (VERY LATE) when we already have who we were after, doesn't make the class worse, just the optics you're mentioning. There's also always late shockers nobody sees ahead of time, so it's an assumption. Heck we just took Staes today and it improved our average. Now at 14 bluechips.

Bill C. has also shown that your top 10 kids in each class are actually more important than the overall. The lowest recruits are necessary, but not typically meaningful anyway.

Clemson took 15-20 kids for years, finished ~15th in rankings and won multiple titles by going after quality (and top QBs, etc ofc)

Adding 5 kids on the tailend doesn't really matter, we already got or didn't get our top wants. And our tops are nearly a 95 average.

They’ll switch from the quality argument back to the “we need depth” argument, and make it sound pretty despite the fact we’ll be in the lower half of the SEC in the recruiting rankings.
Nah you’re just ignoring reality. You pumped up butch’s class, then had nothing to say when I literally posted avg recruit compared to his “top 10” classes lol try harder

Did I not concede that his class had 34 kids or something? You even replied to it.

Uhh I didn't say we needed depth.

Said it's moot because our top end is that strong. It's not like adding players at the last minute somehow makes the class worse 😅

As if not adding kickers, which lower your average, is somehow a good thing 😅 That would be just based on image. Our top players are there regardless and that's what matters...according to the best mind in CFB data

I guess we will see, won’t we? Go pout in the corner that we didn’t land player xyz because you wanted them to be a Vol 😉

You also Said butch recruited great. Meanwhile, we’re actually recruiting better than we have since Fulmer.

You’re trying to play both sides here so you can come back and say “told ya so.”
Easily the best since Fulmer.

But I guess we need 40-man classes, just so half of the guys have no room for snaps and transfer out...perfect and great for culture!

You conviently left out 5 star tackle McKinley. And juco’s aren’t ranked in recruiting.

How could you ever let us forget?

I asked a question. I didn’t remember. I was then reminded it was 34 kids, which is insane. Which I admitted. I didn’t say anything.
Lol ok.

So to get this straight, you replied to a post saying we are recruiting top to bottom the best we have since Fulmer by asking a question about butch having a #4 class. Yet you still get on this board daily, and bitch about the recruiting that has been the best it’s been since Fulmer.

Did I get it all correct now?
