Lol...you know that ain't gonna happen...either way and this place is a zoo.good stuff from Joe Milton.
i'm excited to see what Nico looks like too.
but i think this is a tough spot to do it in. i think the hardest part of this game will be not letting the result (regardless of how it goes) overly impact perception for next year.
I'll help you insult theI am thinking this game is going to REALLY let a lot of people down...there is way too much being expected of this kid right now with the all the opt outs and transfers along with the pressure of this being his first real test under fire, and against a really good, deeply underestimated defense....and IF he does play close to these crazy expectations, the idiots will have freaking insane expectations for next year.
I think if we win, it will be a 20-13 type game....and the Idiot Margin will spew copious amounts of their stupidnon-stop all year about Nico being a bust and Heupel on the hot seat if we don't win 8 games.
I cannot begin to express how much I hope he plays up to at least close to those expectations...I am absolutely dreading it if he doesn't.![]()
Took my kids to Disney once, that was one time too many for me...I used to love taking my 3 kids to Dizney when it was magical and wasn't the ***est place on earth...it really sucks that you didn't enjoy it. My kids always got so excited and it was a joy to see their eyes light up.
I hope my grandson loves it that much when we take him this year, as much as he gets excited for Dollywood I'm sure he will.
LolThis is a thing now. We had our family picture made at the 1st of the summer at a farm and they had a large tree like that. It's the center piece of most of our pictures. I don't understand why.
*My wife ordered a 11" × 14" canvas pic with that same AP family pose. The whole top half of the picture is of the tree. We hung it in the living room, in the same place we had an oversized clock. I'm constantly looking at that picture for the time. The joke around the house......."hey, what time is it?" "It's tree churty".![]()
Without us fans...they wouldn't have careers...I will never understand this justification.People are so dumb about understanding players choices. These are career decisions not mood rings.
IF there were a conspiracy of that scale going undetected for a long time, the masterminds of it who live in Vegas wouldn't be dumb enough to give preferential treatment of home team UNLV.The mob is alive and well. Vegas runs college football.
I guess it was just a coincidence that UNLV was one of the teams.
Get gambling out of college sports. The officiating might get better, especially if they're families aren't being held for ransom during the games.
I hope we at least get an efficient 225-250 and 2, with a couple of TDs from our running backs....which is gonna be tough since Jaylen and Jabari quit early.I do hope our fans set realistic expectations for Nico in this game. Feels unlikely though. It’s his first start and it’s against a true Top 5 defense. It’s going to be tough sledding due to opt outs and injuries as well. If he doesn’t throw for 250+ I hope our fans don’t immediately turn on him as a bust.
