Apparently our O-Line is still makeshift as well. Both Dayne Davis and Jackson Lampley projected to start.

Not ideal against a top 10 defense.

Just listened to AP on Josh and Swain. AP said the same thing. Campbell is out, but Mincey should play.

I really don't know what to expect after watching this team this season. I think we win, but I am not confident by how much. I am excited, but I am also reserving judgement on him as a player until later into next season win or lose. From all the talk this kid will beat my expectations anyway if I just let him do his thing, but that may not be his 1st game.

I think he'll start to settle in by around th 4th game next year.

Yall remember when Pruitt said HB15 was starting then decided to play HB the 1st and 4th quarters and the 2/3 quarters were Shrout’s? Imagine if Heup did that with Nico//Moore

IF there were a conspiracy of that scale going undetected for a long time, the masterminds of it who live in Vegas wouldn't be dumb enough to give preferential treatment of home team UNLV.

I am thinking this game is going to REALLY let a lot of people down...there is way too much being expected of this kid right now with the all the opt outs and transfers along with the pressure of this being his first real test under fire, and against a really good, deeply underestimated defense....and IF he does play close to these crazy expectations, the idiots will have freaking insane expectations for next year.


I think if we win, it will be a 20-13 type game....and the Idiot Margin will spew copious amounts of their stupid non-stop all year about Nico being a bust and Heupel on the hot seat if we don't win 8 games.

I cannot begin to express how much I hope he plays up to at least close to those expectations...I am absolutely dreading it if he doesn't.

You think their defense is deeply underrated? I have seen reports that they are a top 5 defense.

Except for that whole boosters picking who gets to play part.

If I really believed that Heupel was made to play Nico by boosters....that would be the final nail for me.

It would be a disaster on multiple levels.

This is a thing now. We had our family picture made at the 1st of the summer at a farm and they had a large tree like that. It's the center piece of most of our pictures. I don't understand why.

*My wife ordered a 11" × 14" canvas pic with that same AP family pose. The whole top half of the picture is of the tree. We hung it in the living room, in the same place we had an oversized clock. I'm constantly looking at that picture for the time. The joke around the house......."hey, what time is it?" "It's tree churty".

I don't think so. I think they've had a plan from when they first recruited nico. I wouldn't be surprised if the plan was to start him in the bowl game if we didn't make the playoffs or an NY6 bowl.
